Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent role is onsite in Telluride, CO, with a stated salary range of $95,000–$130,000 per year. Proset Construction builds ultra-high-end custom homes, luxury resort residences, multifamily developments, and complex commercial buildings across Colorado. The Superintendent leads field operations from planning through completion, coordinating subcontractors and project teams to deliver work safely, on schedule, within budget, and to project specifications and quality standards. The role also manages project schedules, safety practices, inspections, documentation, and closeout while working closely with the Project Manager.

What you'll do

• Lead daily field operations in accordance with contract requirements, schedule, budget, quality standards, and company expectations
• represent Proset onsite and direct subcontractor and field activities
• establish and document jobsite safety practices
• develop and maintain the project CPM schedule
• coordinate work sequencing and subcontractor performance
• inspect work for compliance and quality
• identify and resolve project issues
• coordinate with the Project Manager
• document jobsite activities
• lead closeout activities and mentor field personnel.
