What you'll do

• Prepare meals using standardized recipes and techniques
• maintain portion control and kitchen sanitation
• check menus, food temperatures, and temperature logs
• store leftovers properly
• operate equipment safely
• supervise the dining experience
• clean equipment and work areas
• inventory and order food
• oversee catering events
• organize work to meet meal service times
• direct servers and adjust workload when staffing is short.
