What you'll do

• Lead and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates
• start shifts with team huddles
• monitor KPIs and adjust operations
• manage labor allocation, throughput, productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safety
• coach associates
• coordinate across departments
• use operational data to identify root causes and improvements
• onboard new associates
• maintain equipment, sanitation, inventory accuracy, and safety standards
• communicate results and priorities.
