What you'll do

• Greet prospects, assess program eligibility and housing needs, conduct property tours, and secure applications
• qualify applications under rental criteria and program requirements
• meet leasing goals
• conduct move-in inspections
• complete lease paperwork and move-in files
• handle calls and application notifications
• complete annual recertifications for HPD PBV residents
• follow fair housing and other applicable laws.
