What you'll do

• Train employees and ensure compliance with shipping and labeling SOPs
• prioritize workloads and assign tasks
• print packing slips and verify orders are pulled, labeled, consolidated, and loaded accurately
• ensure work is safe and on schedule
• identify process improvements
• conduct 30-, 60-, 90-day, and annual performance evaluations
• provide instructions and feedback
• coach and develop employees
• report personnel, maintenance, production, or operational concerns
• collaborate with other departments.
