Education Fellow

Job overview

The Education Fellow role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, and pays $12 per hour. Fellows commit 20–30 hours per week; schedules may require flexibility, and evening or weekend work may be required depending on department needs. The role supports Blumenthal Arts education programs, including Junior Theater Celebration, The Blumey Awards, and Emerging Leaders. The fellowship provides hands-on experience in arts management by supporting the implementation and execution of programs and events in venues and in the community. Fellows build professional skills and experience while engaging with community members from elementary-school age through senior populations.

What you'll do

• Support implementation and execution of education programs and events in venues and in the community
• interact with community members across age groups
• provide required application materials, including a resume, cover letter, and letter of recommendation, as part of the application process.
