What you'll do

• Lead remodeling projects involving kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, siding, windows, doors, and custom renovations
• supervise and mentor carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors
• read blueprints, drawings, and scopes of work
• perform framing, finish carpentry, trim, crown molding, cabinetry, and detailed finish work
• measure projects and estimate materials
• order and pick up materials as needed
• coordinate subcontractors and daily schedules
• communicate with homeowners, designers, vendors, and team members
• maintain safe, clean jobsites
• resolve project challenges and keep work on schedule.
