What you'll do

• Use proper food-handling and food-service techniques
• take meal and drink orders and serve them promptly
• check resident and guest satisfaction
• explain specials and menu items
• keep assigned tables and surrounding areas clean and ready
• follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
• assist with training new food servers
• set up and clean the dining room
• complete opening and closing checklists
• help maintain dining-room organization and supplies.
