What you'll do

• Lead capture strategy and execution for strategic airborne business opportunities within the U.S.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with military, government, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop winning capture plans.
• Partner with engineering, product management, and contracts teams.
• Support proposal development and negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor positioning.
• Achieve portfolio growth, revenue, and pipeline targets.
