What you'll do

• Welcome and room patients
• obtain vital signs and prepare for visits
• administer vaccines, injections, and treatments within scope
• assist providers with ketamine appointments and in-office procedures
• coordinate lab and imaging orders
• assist with prior authorizations, documentation, chart preparation, and scheduling
• maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant records
• collaborate with providers and teammates.

Why this role

The posting requires at least one year of experience in a medical, behavioral health, or psychiatric setting and current BLS certification. Medical Assistant certification or CNA license is preferred; specialty procedure experience is a plus, not required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch.
