What you'll do

• Analyze managed care organization encounter data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• conduct quality assurance and validation for programs, measures, rates, reports, and other deliverables
• develop queries and complex analyses
• collaborate with managers, analysts, programmers, subject matter experts, and clients
• identify process automation and workflow improvements
• create reports and Tableau dashboards
• translate analytical findings into clear written summaries.
