The Process Operator / CNC Operator — Various Shifts is an onsite role in Charlotte, NC, paying $33–$40 per hour. Siemens Energy’s Gas Services division supports low-emission power generation, turbines, generators, and decarbonization services. The operator sets up and runs manufacturing equipment using CNC controls across machining and related operations. The role follows established procedures and safety and quality practices while interpreting technical drawings and handling parts with material-handling equipment.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment using CNC controls
• perform machining, bonding, welding, manual machining, and hand-tool operations as assigned
• interpret drawings, sketches, blueprints, and specifications
• select tools for machining operations
• load and unload parts using material-handling devices or assist crane operators
• follow established machinery procedures and safety and quality practices.
