What you'll do

• Support acquisition planning, solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout
• ensure compliance with FAR, DEAR, DOE directives, and internal procedures
• review procurement documentation
• assist with acquisition strategies
• oversee subcontract modifications, funding actions, and closeout
• ensure required clause flow-down
• support audit readiness and procurement system reviews
• interface with DOE and internal teams
• train and guide procurement staff
• act for the manager as delegated.
