Job overview
The Kitchen Assistant works onsite at COA Youth & Family Centers’ Riverwest location in Milwaukee, WI. Pay is $17 per hour. COA’s mission is to nurture children, support families, and build strong and resilient communities. The assistant supports kitchen and dining operations through food preparation, meal service, and cleaning. The work helps maintain safe food handling and service standards for the camp food and dining program.
What you'll do
- Assist with food preparation, dining hall setup, meal service, dishwashing, and kitchen and dining hall cleanup
- follow portioning, sanitation, safe food handling, and measured food distribution standards
