• author, issue, and evaluate RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs
• assess supplier bids on cost, quality, and commercial terms
• partner with leadership and operating companies to leverage scale and reduce total cost of ownership
• build stakeholder relationships
• oversee assigned projects and report progress
• support operating-company sourcing teams
• align sourcing with business goals
• monitor market drivers
• contribute to analytics and reporting
• manage demand behavior toward savings targets.
