Bakery Production Specialist

What you'll do

• Prepare and bake breads, rolls, muffins, cookies, pastries, and cakes
• follow recipes
• mix, shape, proof, and bake dough according to production schedules
• decorate and finish baked goods
• monitor quality, freshness, and presentation
• maintain ingredient inventory and communicate ordering needs
• follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines
• keep work areas clean and safe
• assist with merchandising and stocking displays and provide customer service when needed.
