The Thrift Store Supervisor is an onsite, full-time role in the Billings metropolitan area, MT. Pay is $20 per hour. The Salvation Army’s thrift store operations support its organizational mission and handle donated merchandise for sale. The supervisor helps ensure daily store and production operations meet goals and quality standards. The role oversees staff, supports customer service, trains and coaches employees, and helps maintain safe, organized work areas.

What you'll do

• Oversee staff on the sales floor, in production, and in receiving
• support daily goals, quality assurance, customer service, and cross-department work
• train staff, monitor performance, and assist with evaluations and corrective feedback
• maintain safe and organized work areas
• support donation and merchandise handling
• fill in for the driver when needed.

Why this role

Schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, with overtime as needed. High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years of retail, warehouse, or production experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
