Catering Attendant (On Call)

The Catering Attendant (On Call) role is onsite at Miami Lakes Hotel in Miami Lakes, FL. Compensation is $17–$22 per hour. Culinaire provides food and beverage management services for hotels, cultural venues, restaurants, and special events. Working under the catering captain, the attendant prepares and serves food at scheduled functions and helps ensure events are executed accurately. The role includes setup, guest service, food-temperature logging, cleanup, and returning food and equipment to the catering facility.

What you'll do

• Assemble and deliver food and supplies to event locations
• log food temperatures
• arrange tables, decorations, and buffet service items
• serve food and beverages
• clean event areas
• return food, beverages, equipment, and utensils
• collect customer comment cards
• maintain catering facilities and equipment
• follow safety and sanitation procedures.
