Desktop Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide in-person support at the Somerville headquarters and remote support globally
• troubleshoot hardware, software, identity, and connectivity issues
• configure and secure devices
• maintain asset records and refresh or recover machines
• onboard and offboard employees
• triage requests and communicate with users
• maintain knowledge base documentation
• collaborate with IT, Security, and Network teams
• identify automation and workflow improvements.
