The Manufacturing Excellence Manager is an onsite role based in Bohemia, NY, with a base salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 per year. This position reports to the Factory Manager and leads performance improvement strategies for Nestlé Health Science. This role exists to drive the Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Industrial Performance systems across the factory. It contributes to the organization by building competencies, managing strategic plans, and ensuring that manufacturing processes are optimized for efficiency and quality.

• Lead NCE implementation strategy

• oversee data reliability and SAP master data
• develop strategic plans
• define and embed NCE projects
• coach the Factory Leadership Team
• conduct project management for results improvement
• ensure costing standards compliance.
