What you'll do

• Plan and execute an evidence-based ethics and compliance program assessment
• conduct stakeholder interviews and review policies, processes, governance, data, and evidence

• identify gaps and root causes
• benchmark against DOJ ECCP guidance and industry practices
• prepare gap analysis, prioritized recommendations, and executive-ready reports and presentations.
