The nurse acts as an advocate and liaison to ensure consistent, high-quality care and supports the overall independence and well-being of the individuals served.

What you'll do

• Monitor health conditions, administer medications, provide prescribed medical treatments, conduct assessments, implement Individual Service Plans (ISP), provide staff training on infection control and medication administration, and serve as a liaison with medical providers.
