Service Receptionist / Cashier

What you'll do

• Greet visitors and customers
• answer and direct calls

• provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
• schedule and confirm appointments
• handle customer inquiries and complaints
• direct customers to the appropriate department and notify staff when customers arrive
• work with the sales team.
