What you'll do

• Architect highly available, multi-region Confluent Cloud environments and disaster-recovery strategies
• design Apache Flink pipelines and stateful processing
• build and manage Kafka Connect connectors
• govern schemas through Schema Registry
• develop event-driven applications
• lead migrations to Confluent Cloud and AWS
• automate infrastructure with Terraform and CI/CD
• implement secure connectivity and access controls
• establish observability, lead incident response, and tune performance
• mentor engineers and communicate architecture trade-offs.
