• Develop enterprise architectures using systems and mission engineering principles
• translate mission requirements into test and training infrastructure designs
• lead engineering initiatives
• conduct site surveys and create system designs
• analyze mission threads and integration risks
• author technical baselines and architecture products
• establish engineering governance and roadmaps.
