The Kitchen Steward (On-Call) role is onsite in Lincoln, NE. Compensation is $15.50 per hour. At the Lincoln Embassy Suites, the kitchen team supports food and beverage operations and guest experiences. This role helps maintain sanitary kitchen and food-service workspaces by cleaning equipment and prep areas, washing and storing dishes, managing waste, and assisting kitchen and event teams with setup and breakdown.

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
• wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils
• manage trash and recycling
• assist kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up
• support sanitation standards.
