General Manager

What you'll do

• Direct daily operations
• manage, train, and schedule staff
• oversee swim instruction, customer service, retail, vending, and private parties
• manage payroll and financial documentation
• implement emergency and safety procedures
• maintain required certifications
• work one shift per week as a lifeguard or swim instructor.
