The Direct Support Professional (DSP), QMAP role is onsite in Denver, CO, part-time, Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The pay range is $18.00–$24.00 per hour, with the higher end designated for QMAP-certified candidates. ATTUF Group supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through tailored services that promote inclusion, dignity, and self-determination. The role provides daily living assistance, skill development, and community integration while supporting participants’ safety, independence, and progress in accordance with individualized plans.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, grooming, meals, and qualified medication administration
• support budgeting, meal preparation, and housekeeping
• facilitate appointments and recreation
• encourage social, educational, and emotional growth
• implement individualized plans and behavior supports
• document progress and health or behavioral changes
• collaborate with case managers, therapists, families, and supervisors
• follow safety standards and agency protocols.

Why this role

Active QMAP certification is required for the higher end of the pay range; CPR/First Aid certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
