Job overview

The Lead Audiovisual Installation Technician role is onsite in Issaquah, WA, with local work in the greater Seattle area and national project travel of approximately 25–50%. Pay is $30–$40 per hour. The position supports commercial audiovisual installations for enterprise customers. The technician leads field installation work and helps deliver complete systems safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Working with project managers, engineers, clients, technicians, and subcontractors, the role coordinates on-site work, resolves installation issues, and provides project updates.

What you'll do

• Lead commercial audiovisual installation projects and direct technicians or subcontractors as needed.
• Install displays, projection and audio equipment, digital signal processors, control systems, racks, structured cabling, and related hardware.
• Read drawings and schematics, coordinate with project managers and engineers, report progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain safe job sites and quality standards.
