What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care and assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care
• observe, record, and report resident conditions
• administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures
• document wound and other care observations
• support infection control and resident safety
• assist physicians and other disciplines
• and act as Charge Nurse when assigned. The posting requires a current license and three years of wound-care experience in a nursing home.
