What you'll do

• Support the Retail Trade and Environmental Practice Groups
• defend matters involving Proposition 65, California Legal Remedies Act claims, unfair competition and false advertising claims, property contamination lawsuits, and Clean Water Act citizen suits
• research and advise clients on environmental and consumer-product compliance laws and regulations
• manage multiple projects
• meet billable and non-billable hour expectations.
