What you'll do
- Conduct client safety checks
- monitor and report withdrawal symptoms and vital signs
- document medication observations and shift notes in the EHR
- educate clients on medication, substance use, healthy lifestyles, and sleep routines
- observe client self-administration during medication pass
- report medication errors
- complete medication counts and incident reports
- assist with intakes and client transportation
- and perform light housekeeping.
