What you'll do

• operate the commercial dishwasher
• put clean items away
• maintain the dishwashing area
• clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment
• remove garbage and recycling
• follow food safety and chemical-handling procedures
• assist kitchen staff and complete assigned opening and closing cleaning.
