What you'll do

• Prepare, submit, and track project submittals, material takeoffs, safety submittals, warranties, and closeout paperwork
• maintain project files, pipelines, and contract data in company CRM systems
• assist with purchase orders, change orders, and work orders
• coordinate material orders and equipment deliveries with vendors
• and ensure field teams and subcontractors meet compliance guidelines before arriving at job sites.
