Business Development Specialist

What you'll do

• Source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
• prospect for and capture new clients
• develop and execute sales plans
• maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and competitors
• collaborate with sales and laboratory staff on service capabilities
• maintain client relationships and records in CRM software
• work with technical and marketing teams on targeted materials
• travel throughout the assigned region
• prepare sales reports and quotes
• manage work expenses within budget.
