The Customer Experience Lead – Fort Myers role is onsite in Fort Myers, FL. Compensation is $16 per hour. Fit2Run’s store team focuses on customer service, sales, and smooth store operations. The lead supports the store during assigned shifts and serves as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. The role delivers the company’s Fit process, coaches team members, supports sales, and helps maintain store standards and operations.

What you'll do

• Deliver the Fit2Run Fit process
• model selling behaviors and product knowledge
• support team members on the sales floor
• help resolve customer concerns
• open and close the store
• delegate tasks and monitor floor coverage
• coach and support team members
• assist with onboarding and training
• maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
• restock merchandise and support inventory organization.
