What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes and prescribed methods
• meet cook times and quality standards
• receive and store products according to local health regulations
• maintain a clean and safe kitchen, floors, storage areas, equipment, and utensils
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• label and date prepared products
• read tickets and modifications
• assemble and dismantle the workstation
• communicate with coworkers and management.
