Maintenance Associate

Job overview

The Maintenance Associate role is onsite in White Cloud, Michigan, during regular business hours. Compensation is $15 per hour. Family Health Care is seeking maintenance support for its White Cloud organization. The role helps keep buildings and grounds maintained through basic carpentry, furniture assembly and moving, plumbing, electrical work, and other building maintenance as needed. The associate works under the guidance of the regular Maintenance Associate and may be asked to work occasional evenings or weekends for special projects.

What you'll do

• Maintain grounds
• perform basic carpentry and carpentry cleanup
• assemble office furniture
• perform basic plumbing and electrical work
• move furniture
• complete other building maintenance as needed
• travel between locations when needed.
