What you'll do

• Install equipment at customer packing sites and train customers in operation and maintenance
• perform preventive maintenance and equipment overhauls
• provide technical support to customers and contracted representatives
• maintain service records and equipment configurations
• monitor spare-parts and customer label inventories
• assist Engineering with component testing and reliability evaluation
• assess company and competitive equipment
• obtain installation measurements
• assist with training contracted service personnel
• support service activities and projects outside the assigned territory as directed.
