What you'll do

• Assist attorneys with insurance defense case preparation and file management
• coordinate and schedule CMEs
• communicate with clients and expert witnesses
• review court dockets and retrieve case information
• prepare, review, file, and serve pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas
• review document production requests and medical records
• respond to incoming discovery
• and move case files toward trial or resolution.
