General Manager, Pilates Studio

The role supports a JETSET Pilates studio operated by Vertex Fitness Group, whose mission is to deliver a modern Pilates experience that helps clients move better, feel stronger, and connect with a community. This role oversees studio performance and growth while developing the team and maintaining a strong client experience. The manager also completes JETSET Pilates training, teaches an average of six classes weekly, and is present in the studio during class times for at least 20 classes each week.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day studio operations and implement company strategies, policies, and procedures
• analyze sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll metrics
• create and maintain class and staff schedules
• manage supplies, retail, and beverage inventory
• uphold customer service standards and respond to client concerns
• build local community and partner relationships
• develop local marketing initiatives
• plan team meetings and social events
• complete training and teach an average of six classes per week.
