What you'll do

• Respond promptly to resident service requests and follow up
• perform make-ready maintenance, repairs, and appliance installation as directed
• clean, inspect, and maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems
• correct or report deficiencies
• follow company safety programs
• complete in-house training within the first 90 days.
