What you'll do

• Respond to resident signal lights and bells
• assist with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care
• obtain food trays and assist with feeding
• assist with range-of-motion exercises, wheelchair transfers, and ambulation
• take and record vital signs and intake/output as directed
• provide direct and indirect care
• communicate with residents and families
• report clinical changes to the nursing team.

Why this role

Available shifts are afternoons, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and nights, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. A valid Oklahoma CNA certification and state-issued exam are required.
