What you'll do

• Conduct presale previews and explain options
• assist buyers with selections
• prepare and review color selection sheets and change orders
• verify information and pricing
• coordinate exterior color selections
• submit selections for inventory homes by deadlines
• provide selection information to subcontractors and company representatives
• maintain samples
• schedule appointments
• update the Envision system
• troubleshoot design-selection construction issues.
