Associate Mental Health Provider

What you'll do

• Conduct intake, progress, and discharge evaluations and prepare reports
• develop and implement treatment plans focused on recovery, stress management, and resilience
• lead group therapy sessions
• collaborate with the rehabilitation team
• document patient progress
• participate in case conferences and team meetings
• identify psychological factors affecting rehabilitation within a short-term intervention framework.
