What you'll do

• Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and solicit past and new business
• solicit group sales accounts and maintain existing relationships
• prospect by phone, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication
• sell hotel offerings to clients
• document solicitation and closing details
• coordinate with hotel departments
• prepare customer correspondence, booking reports, and files
• participate in business reviews, pre-convention meetings, training, and sales meetings
• attend trade shows and professional or community organizations.
