Sales Associate, Front Desk Team

Job overview

The Sales Associate, Front Desk Team role is in person at the studio in Richmond, VA. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more through sales commissions. StretchLab provides clients with stretching and mobility services. The associate welcomes prospects and members, follows up with leads, and supports membership sales and retention. Client communication, studio upkeep, and event participation help maintain a welcoming experience and encourage members to attend sessions.

What you'll do

• Greet prospects and members
• contact leads through the ClubReady system and schedule studio sessions
• coordinate with Flexologists and stretch-service staff to sell memberships
• follow up with members to support retention and session attendance
• document member concerns in the CRM and escalate critical issues when needed
• participate in workshops and pop-up events
• maintain social media content featuring member achievements and testimonials
• clean and maintain the studio.
