Director of Analog Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead a team of 10 or more engineers and designers
• plan and manage projects, schedules, execution, and risks
• provide technical direction, mentorship, and performance reviews
• lead architecture and implementation of high-speed, low-power analog/mixed-signal DDR PHYs
• oversee design, layout, documentation, and post-silicon validation
• coordinate chip-component integration
• support customer interactions and productization
• contribute approximately 25% hands-on design work and 75% leadership and management.

• Base salary range stated in the posting is $180,000–$309,000+, plus a 25% bonus and RSUs, depending on experience.

Why this role
