What you'll do

• Contact new inquiries promptly and convert them into memberships
• help families select swim lesson programs
• build relationships through calls, follow-up, and in-person interactions
• answer questions and resolve concerns
• process registrations and schedule lessons
• maintain accurate records and assist with administrative work
• coordinate birthday parties and in-school events
• maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment
• support the team and customer experience.
