Community Engagement Associate

Job overview

The Community Engagement Associate role is onsite in Boston, MA, with regular travel throughout Greater Boston; pay is $23.90–$26.67 per hour. The role supports Fenway Health’s community engagement, health education, outreach, and partnership strategies, including Fenway Without Walls. The associate builds community relationships and delivers culturally responsive health education to increase awareness of services and reduce barriers to care. Community feedback, event coordination, and partnership support help inform organizational priorities and improve access to care.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement outreach, engagement, and health education activities
• represent Fenway Health at community events and partner organizations
• provide culturally responsive education on health topics
• explain expanded care options including telehealth, walk-in, same-day, evening, and weekend services
• maintain partner relationships and databases
• coordinate events and meetings
• collect and summarize community feedback
• support communications, sponsorship administration, and reporting.
